Terms of Sale


The following terms and conditions of sale, in conjunction with our Terms of Use, will apply only to sales orders placed and purchased through the sktools.com website.  These terms and conditions shall not apply to any purchases made under a previously existing agreement, in which case the terms and conditions of said Agreement will govern.  We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.  We further reserve the right in our sole discretion, with or without notice, and without liability to modify, suspend or terminate this website or any portion, and to monitor or verify any transactional activities.

1.        ORDERS

1.1    All orders are subject to approval by SK Tools USA, LLC.  SK Tools USA, LLC reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel any order without liability. SK only accepts orders for shipments within the United States and Canada.  Orders for other international destinations will not be processed.

1.2    Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days.  Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Due to freight carrier shipping policies, orders with expedited shipping selected will be processed within 24 hours of order placement.

2.        PRICES

2.1     All prices are U.S. dollars and prices shall be the prices in effect at the time the Buyer places the order. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2.2     Prices shown do not include taxes, shipping for orders under $100.00, special handling fees, or duties.  Applicable taxes will be added to the purchase price upon checkout.  All shipments are FOB shipping point.


3.1   SK Tools USA, LLC will pay shipping charges on single orders totaling $100.00 or more, not including tax, to a single US destination in the lower 48 states provided that SK Tools USA, LLC selects the carrier and shipping method.  Requests for special shipment services or to Canada may result in additional charges.  Partial deliveries shall be permitted. SK Tools USA, LLC does not ship to PO Box addresses or APO/FPO/DPO boxes.  EXCEPTION: Tool carts will be subject to shipping charges regardless of membership status or order value.

3.2   SK Tools USA, LLC will not be liable for delays in delivery or other services caused by acts of God, acts or threats of terrorism, computer or electronic disruptions, failure of suppliers to deliver on time, or other circumstances beyond SK Tools USA, LLC’s control.

3.3     Title and risk of loss passes to Buyer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. SK Tools USA, LLC is not responsible for damage or losses in transit. Buyer should file any claims immediately with the carrier. Claims for shortages and/or receipt of incorrect goods must be made in writing to SK Tools USA, LLC within 30 days of shipment.


4.1   SK Tools USA, LLC offers a “30 day no questions asked” return policy for saleable products purchased from the SK Tools USA, LLC website, with proof of purchase. Buyer shall be responsible for shipping charges and expenses on returned products.   All returns require a return authorization. To request return authorization, please fill out our online form. Upon SK Tools USA, LLC’s receipt of returned product(s), credit will be issued to Buyer in the same form as original payment method, excluding shipping charges. 

5.        ERRORS

5.1   SK Tools USA, LLC attempts to ensure that the content on its website is accurate, complete, and current.  However, SK Tools USA, LLC cannot guarantee that its website information is free from errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to price, product description, availability or otherwise.  SK Tools USA, LLC reserves the right to correct such errors or inaccuracies without notice. 


6.1      SK Tools USA, LLC products are warranted under normal use and service against defects in materials and workmanship for the expected life of the tool, except as otherwise specified. This excludes wear from normal use, or any problems or defects caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, modification or improper maintenance of the tool.

6.2       Exception: For only a period of one year after the date of purchase, storage products, tool carts, micrometer torque wrenches, dial torque wrenches, torque screw drivers and consumable products that are reasonably expected to be used up or damaged during use are warranted under normal use and  service against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover wear from normal use, or any problems caused by misuse, abuse, modification or improper maintenance of the tool.

6.3       Your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of this warranty is that SK Tools USA, LLC will, at its sole option, either repair or replace the defective tool, or refund your purchase price, if you return the tool to an authorized SK Tools USA, LLC warranty provider. Check out our Dealer Locator to see if there is an SK dealer near you to handle warranty.  This Limited Warranty gives you specific rights, which vary from state to state.

6.4       Abuse or misuse of any tool may cause serious or fatal bodily injury, as well as significant property or environmental damage. SK Tools USA, LLC will not condone, support or be liable for the abuse or misuse of any SK Tools USA, LLC product. Using a tool for the sole purpose for which it was designed is extremely crucial. Any tool that appears to have been used for any purpose, at SK Tools USA, LLC’s sole determination, other than that for which it is intended will not be accepted for warranty replacement, repair or reimbursement. Safety tips and disclaimers are found throughout the SK Tools USA, LLC product catalog and the SKtools.com website. SK Tools USA, LLC does not warrant abused and misused tools that could cause injury or threaten the safety of an individual or the environment.


Due to the wide variety of torque measuring and limiting devices that SK offers we utilize different service centers that specialize in each product category. Please contact Customer Service at customerservice@skhandtool.com to get the appropriate service center contact information.

 Items sent in without prior approval will not be processed and returned to the customer at your expense.
 Customer is responsible for all shipping charges including, but not limited to returned products to SK, replacements and denied claims.
 SK Tools USA, LLC reserves the right to the refuse warranty items that have been modified, neglected, misused, abused, have no material or manufacture defect, or not noted on the RMA online request.

Currently, we are only able to serve those customers residing in North America through this process.
